INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1cup Coconut milk
  • 2tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1tsp Honey
  • 1tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup creamy yogurt
  • Fresh pineapple slices
  • Pineapple chunks
  • Few pomegranate seeds
  • Some dessicated coconut
  • 2tbsp whole wheat and Ragi flakes

PREPARATION

    Place the oats, chia seeds, honey , Vanilla extract,and coconut milk in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator overnight.

    Remove the plastic wrap the next day and stir in the yogurt, pineapple, and dessicated coconut. Top with more coconut and pineapple if desired. Serve chilled with a slice of pineapple and some pomegranate seeds.
