INGREDIENTS

  • For Pickled Mustard Brownies:{1 cup synthetic vinegar
  • 1 cup refined flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • salt
  • 1 tsp icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp castor sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • ½ cup mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk
  • For Glaze:{1 tsp castor sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 3 tsp icing sugar

HOW TO PREPARE PICKELED MUSTARD BROWNIES

    Procedure to make Pickled mustard brownies: In a pan add synthetic vinegar.

    In a bowl add refined flour, baking powder, warm vinegar, salt, icing sugar, castor sugar, olive oil and mix it well.

    To the vinegar add salt, brown sugar, vanilla sugar and mix it.
  4. 4

    Add mustard seeds, black pepper powder and mix it.
  5. 5

    To the bowl add cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, cardamom & cinnamon powder, chocolate chips and mix it.

    Strain the vinegar in a bowl and add mustard in the chocolate chips and mix it well.

    Add milk, olive oil and prepare a batter.

    In a baking tin add olive oil, flour and chocolate batter.
  9. 9

    In a small bowl add refined flour, vanilla sugar, cardamom powder, brown sugar and mix it.

    Sprinkle the mixture on the batter and bake it in the oven at 190' C for 20 - 22 minutes.

    In a heated pan add castor sugar, vanilla sugar, icing sugar, vinegar and mix it.

    Demould the cake on a plate, brush vinegar glazing, icing sugar and cut slices of cake.
  13. 13

    To garnish add glazing and Pickled mustard brownies are ready to serve.
