INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups of water
  • 2 tsp black tea leaves
  • 1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • FOR Phemar
  • 1 cup roasted barley flour
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

HOW TO PREPARE PHEMAR AND GUR GUR CHAI

    In a pan, add water, black tea leaves and let it boil Add soda bicarbonate, milk, a pinch of salt and mix Strain the chai in a jar Add butter and mix it.

    For Phemar, add roasted barley flour in a bowl Add powdered sugar, curd, chai and mix it well Add butter, chai and prepare a dough Make small sized Phemar and serve with Gur Gur Chai.
