Spiced boneless mutton made in an onion, red chilli and garlic paste. Serve it on a kurmura base and garnish it with chopped onion and coriander leaves.

  • 2 onions
  • 5 to 6 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Inch Ginger
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Black Papper
  • 5 to 6 cardamons
  • 2 Stick Cinnamon
  • 5 to 6 Cloves
  • 1 Mace
  • 6 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 500 gms Mutton
  • Salt
  • 500 gm Puffed Rice
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tsp Termeric powder
  • Coriander leaves

    For murmura mutton grind onions, garlic cloves, ginger, red chilli powder, black pepper powder into smooth paste.

    for dry powder, add roast cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves, mace and grind into coarse powder.

    in a pan mustard oil, add bay leaves followed by onion paste and sauté.

    add mutton and fry well till mutton gets cooked add salt and powdered spices and sauté.

    add turmeric and fry.

    dry roast puffed rice.

    to serve spread murmura on the plate, pour mutton on it and roughly chopped onions and coriander.

    serve hot.
