INGREDIENTS

  • 750 ml Red Wine
  • 200 ml Caster Sugar
  • 2 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Vanilla Pod
  • 2 Pears
  • Goat Cheese Mousse
  • Arugula Leaves

HOW TO PREPARE PEAR PLEASURE

  1. 1

    Heat a saucepan and add the red wine, caster sugar, cinnamon stick, vanilla extract and mix well.
  2. 2

    Poach the pears in the wine mixture for 30 minutes.
  3. 3

    Transfer the poached pear to a plate and deseed it Fill the pear cavity with some goat cheese mousse using a piping bag Garnish it with arugula leaves.
