INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 3-4 dry red chillies
  • 1 tsp tamarind pulp
  • 1 cup Peanuts, Salt

HOW TO PREPARE PEANUT CHUTNEY

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add chopped onions, dry chillies and tamarind pulp.
  3. 3

    Saut� them well.
  4. 4

    Then, grind peanuts, salt and the prepared temper mixture in a mixer grinder.

    Grind it into a medium coarse powder.
  6. 6

    Heat oil in a pan.
  7. 7

    Add urad dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida.
  8. 8

    Saut� it well.
  9. 9

    Add the tempering over the chutney.
