- 100 gms of peanuts, boiled
- 1 large tomato, finely chopped
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 slice raw mango,grated
- 1 slice lemon, as per taste
- Coriander leaves ,to garnish
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon chat masala
- Salt,as per taste
- Take the boiled peanuts in a large bowl.
- Add the onions, tomatoes, carrots and mango.
- Then add the chilli powder, chat masala, garam masala and salt.
- Mix it well and adjust the taste as required .
- Finally squeeze the lemon and garnish with coriander leaves .
- Your evening tasty healthy snack is ready .
