  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup butter
  • For the peanut butter pastry cream
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • salt
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • For the chocolate drizzle
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream

PREPARATION

    For the yeast mixture: In a mixing bowl, add dry yeast, sugar and milk. Mix it well and keep it aside.

    For the doughnut: In a mixing bowl, add flour, granulated sugar, salt, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix it well and transfer it into a dough maker.
