INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup castor sugar
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup or liquid glucose
  • 3 tbsp coco powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 150 ml milk
  • ¼ tsp salt

HOW TO PREPARE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

    Peanut Butter Fudge: Melt castor sugar with corn syrup till soft consistency.
  2. 2

    Add cocoa powder, peanut butter, vanilla essence, milk salt and cook for consistency.
  3. 3

    Pour the mix in a bowl and let it cool down.
  4. 4

    apply water on palm and make cylindrical balls and coat the balls in toasted peanut powder and garnish with toasted peanut powder.
