  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ cup cornflakes
  • FOR garnish
  • icing sugar

    Prepare a double boiler to melt the chocolate.
  2. 2

    On a medium flame, use two pots, one with water and the other should be empty, placed on top of the first pot.
  3. 3

    Add chocolate and white chocolate to the empty pot and stir until chocolate melts and becomes smooth.
  4. 4

    Add peanut butter to the chocolate and stir to mix well.
  5. 5

    Add cornflakes to the mixture and mix well.
  6. 6

    Remove the mixture pot from the double boiler, make small chunks of the mixture, and place them on the silicone mat.
  7. 7

    Keep the mat to freeze for 20-25 mins.
  8. 8

    Serve with dusted icing sugar.
