INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large plantain bananas riped
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 4-5 tsps Sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 two of turmeric powder
  • Oil to fry
  • Water to Mix the batter

PREPARATION

    Make a thick batter of all purpose flour, sugar, turmeric powder and water.

    Slice bananas into long slices.
  3. 3

    Dip slices of banana in the batter.
  4. 4

    Heat oil. Fry them until golden brown.
