INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 cup chopped onions, 1 cup thinly sliced tomatoes, 4 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala, 1 packet boiled pasta, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp mixed herbs, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup green, yellow and red peppers, 1 cup grated cheese

HOW TO PREPARE PAV BHAJI PASTA

    Heat 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil in a pan.

    ; Add 2 tbsp chopped garlic and 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 cup chopped onions, 1 cup thinly sliced tomatoes and sauté well.

    ; Add 4 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala, 1 packet boiled pasta, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp mixed herbs, 1 tsp salt and sauté well.

    ; Add little water to the pan.
  5. 5

    ; Grease a baking dish and pour the cooked mixture.
  6. 6

    ; Add peppers, grated cheese and sprinkle pav bhaji masala and some butter.

    ; Bake it in a preheated oven at 180'C for 15-20 minutes.

    ; Pav Bhaji Pasta is ready.
