INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup thinly sliced tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  • 1 packet boiled pasta
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup green
  • yellow and red peppers
  • 1 cup grated cheese

HOW TO PREPARE PAV BHAJI PASTA

    Heat 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil in a pan.

    Add 2 tbsp chopped garlic and 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 cup chopped onions, 1 cup thinly sliced tomatoes and sauté well.

    Add 4 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala, 1 packet boiled pasta, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp mixed herbs, 1 tsp salt and sauté well.

    Add little water to the pan.

    Grease a baking dish and pour the cooked mixture.
  6. 6

    Add peppers, grated cheese and sprinkle pav bhaji masala and some butter.
  7. 7

    Bake it in a preheated oven at 180'C for 15-20 minutes.

    Pav Bhaji Pasta is ready.
