INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 capsicum
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 cup green peas
  • water as required
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 200 gm butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 100 gm butter
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  • 150 gm butter coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 8 pavs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp butter

PREPARATION

    To make Pav Bhaji, first add cauliflower, capsicum, carrot, potato, peas, water, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and butter in a cooker.

    After that, add onions, oil, ginger garlic paste, butter and tomatoes in a pan for tempering, and then add degi chillies and water to it.

    Now add butter and red chili powder in another pan and bake the pav(bread) in it.

    Pav bhaji is ready; serve it with onions, lemon, green chilies and butter.
