INGREDIENTS

  • For crepes
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tsp semolina
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp desi ghee
  • For filling
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • For garnish
  • mint leaves
  • cinnamon stick

PREPARATION

  1. 1

    In a pan, add chopped pineapple, brown sugar, cinnamon stick and let it cook. Remove the cooked pineapple in a bowl and let it cool down.

    For crepes, add flour in a bowl. Add semolina, brown sugar, water as required and prepare a batter. Leave the batter to rest for 5 minutes.

    In a heated pan, pour the batter and spread it. Let it cook nicely. Apply desi ghee and flip it and cook.

    Add the filling in the crepe and fold it. Cut it into pieces. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, mint leaves and serve.
