  • 1½ cup Milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat flour
  • 1 Apple
  • Water
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Icing sugar

HOW TO PREPARE PATANDE

  1. 1

    In a bowl add milk, baking powder, baking soda and whisk, add whole wheat flour and mix well.
  2. 2

    in a pan add water, sugar, cinnamon powder, apple pieces and cook.
  3. 3

    in another pan warm ghee spread whole wheat flour mixture on it like a roti and roast on both sides.
  4. 4

    serve patande with apple stew and garnish with icing sugar.
