INGREDIENTS

  • For Pasta
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic cloves
  • 1 cup bell peppers juliennes
  • 1 cup zucchini juliennes
  • 1 to 2 cup boiled pasta
  • Crushed black pepper
  • Salt
  • For The mango Sauce
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 3 tbsp onions
  • 1 cup bell peppers juliennes
  • 1 cup zucchini juliennes
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 cup white sauce
  • 1 cup Mango puree
  • Salt
  • For Garnish
  • Parmesan grated cheese
  • Garlic bread
  • Green olive

PREPARATION

    Heat a pan and add olive oil. Saute chopped garlic and add julienned bell peppers and zucchini boiled pasta, crushed black pepper, and salt. Mix well and cook for some time. For the sauce, heat another pan and add olive oil. Saute chopped garlic and onions. Add julienned bell peppers and zucchini red chilli flakes, mixed herbs, fresh cream, white sauce, mango puree, and salt. Combine well. Transfer some pasta to a serving plate. Pour the mango sauce over it. Add the remaining pasta on the sauce. Again pour the remaining sauce on top. Garnish with some grated parmesan cheese, garlic bread, and green olives.
