INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 cup diced mushrooms
  • ½ cup spring onion greens
  • 2 tbsp green olives sliced
  • 1 cup boiled penne pasta
  • 1 cup blanched tomatoes
  • salt
  • water
  • Coriander

HOW TO PREPARE PASTA & MUSHROOM EXPRESS

    Heat a pan.
  2. 2

    Roast the chilli flakes.
  3. 3

    Add some olive oil to the roasted chilli flakes.
  4. 4

    Add chopped garlic diced mushrooms, chopped spring onion greens, and sliced green olives.
  5. 5

    Add little water and mix well.
  6. 6

    Add boiled penne pasta to the mushroom mixture.
  7. 7

    Add the blanched and mashed tomatoes.
  8. 8

    Mix well with a little salt.
  9. 9

    Transfer the pasta to a serving plate.
  10. 10

    Garnish with some chopped coriander and serve.
