Heat a pan. Roast the chilli flakes. Add some olive oil to the roasted chilli flakes. Add chopped garlic diced mushrooms, chopped spring onion greens, and sliced green olives. Add little water and mix well. Add boiled penne pasta to the mushroom mixture. Add the blanched and mashed tomatoes. Mix well with a little salt. Transfer the pasta to a serving plate. Garnish with some chopped coriander and serve.
