INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cabbage
  • red cabbage
  • ½ cup onion
  • ½ cup beetroot
  • ½ cup carrot and radish
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard paste
  • 1 tsp celery
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 cup spaghetti pasta
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish Pomegranate seeds
  • mixed herbs

PREPARATION

    Chop the cabbage and red cabbage into juliennes. Add these to a bowl. Add julienned onion beetroot, carrot and radish. Mix this with finely chopped herbs, lemon juice, mustard paste, chopped celery, yogurt and mayonnaise. Cut the boiled spaghetti pasta into medium strips and mix it with the vegetable juliennes. Add salt and crushed black pepper. Mix it again. Keep the mixture aside for five minutes so that the flavour is absorbed well. Transfer this salad to a serving dish. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mixed herbs.
