INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cabbage; red cabbage; ½ cup onion; ½ cup beetroot; ½ cup carrot and radish; 1 tbsp mixed herbs; 2 tsp lemon juice; 1 tsp mustard paste; 1 tsp celery; 1 cup Yogurt; 2 tsp mayonnaise; 1 cup spaghetti pasta; black pepper to taste; salt to taste; For Garnish: Pomegranate seeds; mixed herbs

HOW TO PREPARE PASTA COLESLAW

    Chop the cabbage and red cabbage into juliennes.

    ; Add these to a bowl.

    ; Add julienned onion beetroot, carrot and radish.
  4. 4

    ; Mix this with finely chopped herbs, lemon juice, mustard paste, chopped celery, yogurt and mayonnaise.

    ; Cut the boiled spaghetti pasta into medium strips and mix it with the vegetable juliennes.

    ; Add salt and crushed black pepper.

    ; Mix it again.

    ; Keep the mixture aside for five minutes so that the flavour is absorbed well.

    ; Transfer this salad to a serving dish.
  10. 10

    ; Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mixed herbs.
