  • 1 pineapple
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup sweet corn
  • 1 diced yellow bell pepper
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 1 diced green bell pepper
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 onion
  • ½ cup colourful pasta boiled
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • Parmesan cheese
  • boiled colourful pasta
  • Mint leaves

    Chop the pineapple into small pieces. Place the pieces in a bowl. Add the sweet corn and the chopped yellow, green, and red bell peppers. Chop the boiled potatoes and add to the bowl. Mix the ingredients with the red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, and the chopped onion. Add the boiled colourful pasta. For the dressing, mix the tomato sauce with the chaat masala and lemon juice in a separate bowl. Pour the dressing onto the mixture in the bowl. Mix well with black pepper powder and salt. In a serving vessel, garnish with the parmesan cheese, boiled colourful pasta, and mint leaves. Sprinkle a little chaat masala on the top of the dish.
