INGREDIENTS

  • 3 to 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 2 cups pointed and snake gourds
  • sliced
  • 3 to 4 green chillies
  • sliced
  • 2 to 3 tbsp sliced tomatoes
  • 2 tsp achari masala
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • salt
  • For Garnish:grated coconut
  • chopped coriander

HOW TO PREPARE PARWAL ACHARI

    Heat cooking oil in a pan and saute the sliced onions.

    Add sliced pointed and snake gourds sliced green chillies and sliced tomatoes.
  3. 3

    Mix well.
  4. 4

    When the tomatoes and gourds are cooked, add a little achari masala, salt and turmeric powder.
  5. 5

    Mix again with the cooked vegetables.
  6. 6

    Transfer the contents to a serving dish.
  7. 7

    Garnish it with some grated coconut and chopped coriander.
