Heat cooking oil in a pan and saute the sliced onions. Add sliced pointed and snake gourds sliced green chillies and sliced tomatoes. Mix well. When the tomatoes and gourds are cooked, add a little achari masala, salt and turmeric powder. Mix again with the cooked vegetables. Transfer the contents to a serving dish. Garnish it with some grated coconut and chopped coriander.
