In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, butter, green chilli paste, curd and boiled parsley paste. Knead the dough well and allow it to rest for 10 minutes. Then, make small balls out of the dough and roll the small dough balls into a disc shape. Serve the puris with an accompaniment of mango chutney. For the Chutney: Grind chopped raw mangoes and tomatoes in a mixer grinder. Then add oil, red chilli powder and salt. Grind them well and keep it aside.
