INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • ½ tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 to 2 fresh thyme sprigs
  • 1 bowl broccoli florets
  • 2 tsp parmesan cheese powder
  • salt to taste
  • 4 to 5 almonds slivered

HOW TO PREPARE PARMESAN TOSSED BROCCOLI

    Heat a little oil in a pan.

    Saute chopped garlic.
  3. 3

    When the garlic becomes brown add a little red chilli flakes, fresh thyme and broccoli florets.
  4. 4

    After three minutes, when broccoli is cooked well, add parmesan cheese powder.
  5. 5

    Add a little salt too.
  6. 6

    Transfer the parmesan tossed broccoli to a serving plate.
  7. 7

    Garnish it with some slivered almonds.
