INGREDIENTS

  • For Rosemary Potatoes: 18 to 20 Baby Potatoes
  • 8 to 10 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • Few Fresh Rosemary Leaves
  • Salt
  • Parsley

HOW TO PREPARE PARMESAN TOSSED BROCCOLI

    Procedure to make Rosemary Potatoes: Chop the baby potatoes and cherry tomatoes into halves.

    Heat olive oil in a pan.
  3. 3

    Add chopped garlic, red chilli flakes and saute.
  4. 4

    Add the chopped potatoes to this and mix well.
  5. 5

    When the potatoes become crisp, add the chopped cherry tomatoes.
  6. 6

    Add salt and fresh rosemary leaves.
  7. 7

    Transfer it to a serving dish.
  8. 8

    Garnish it with parsley.
  9. 9

    Rosemary Potatoes are ready to serve.
