- 1 cup of Tur dal
- Shallot 13 Nos.
- 5 to 6 green Chillies
- 10 to 15 Curry Leaves
- Turmeric Powder half teaspoon
- Salt to Taste
- Oil for frying
- Dry Red chillies 2 nos
- Soak 1 cup of Tur dal and 2 dry Red chillies for 4 to 5hrs. Then drain the water fully and grind dal and dry red chillies to coarse paste and add chopped Shallots, Green Chiilles, Turmeric, Salt, Chopped Curry leaves and make small size balls and then press it gently with your palm.Pour oil in the pan and heat it to medium and fry the vadas till it is light brown and serve with tea.
