INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cottage cheese thick slice
  • 1 fish
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 sliced onion
  • salt
  • 1 cup water chestnuts Crushed
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 radish sliced
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup green beans
  • Few coriander stems
  • ½ cup green beans

  • sweet soy sauce
  • orange reduction
  • sesame seeds
  • Coriander sprigs

HOW TO PREPARE PAPER PANEER (VEG & NON-VEG)

    For the water chestnut mixture heat oil in a pan.

    Add sliced onion salt, water chestnuts, black pepper powder, sliced radish, and orange juice.

    Toss well.
  4. 4

    For paper paneer, place green beans on a butter paper.
  5. 5

    Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder.
  6. 6

    Add coriander stems thick slice of cottage cheese, and water chestnut mixture.

    Wrap properly.

    For paper fish, place green beans on a butter paper.
  9. 9

    Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder.

    Place the fish coriander stems, and water chestnut mixture.

    Wrap properly.

    Place the wrapped cottage cheese and fish in two different baking trays.

    Bake in an oven at 175 to 180 C.

    Once cooked, discard the coriander stems from the baked cottage cheese and fish.

    On the baked fish, drizzle sweet soy sauce.

    Serve paper paneer with fish.

    Garnish with orange reduction, sesame seeds, and coriander sprigs.
