- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 tbsp ghee
- Make a dough of wheat flour, ghee and water.
- Divide the dough into equal parts and roll them into desired shape.
- Fry then in oil till golden brown.
- Put into sugar syrup, soak Papchi for 3 to 4 hours.
