INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • water
  • oil

PREPARATION

    Make a dough of wheat flour, ghee and water.

    Divide the dough into equal parts and roll them into desired shape.

    Fry then in oil till golden brown.
  4. 4

    Put into sugar syrup, soak Papchi for 3 to 4 hours.
