  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp Coriander seeds
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 cup Curd
  • Water
  • 5 to 6 Papad

    In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and let it crackle. add green chilli, onion, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and chopeed tomato. add curd, water and chopped coriander and cook well. soak papad in water for few minutes, cut into strips and add papad in the gravy, let it cook well. garnish with coriander, slit chilli and serve it hot.
