  • 2 tbsp oil, ½ tsp Mustard seeds, ½ tsp Coriander seeds, ½ tsp Cumin seeds, 1 green chilli, 1 Onion, Salt: ½ tsp Turmeric powder, 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, 1 Tomato, 1 cup Curd, Water, 5 to 6 Papad

    In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and let it crackle.

    ; add green chilli, onion, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and chopeed tomato.

    ; add curd, water and chopped coriander and cook well.

    ; soak papad in water for few minutes, cut into strips and add papad in the gravy, let it cook well.
  5. 5

    ; garnish with coriander, slit chilli and serve it hot.
