INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp Mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp Coriander seeds
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt: ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 cup Curd
  • Water
  • 5 to 6 Papad

HOW TO PREPARE PAPAD KI SABZI

  1. 1

    In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and let it crackle.

    add green chilli, onion, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and chopeed tomato.
  3. 3

    add curd, water and chopped coriander and cook well.
  4. 4

    soak papad in water for few minutes, cut into strips and add papad in the gravy, let it cook well.
  5. 5

    garnish with coriander, slit chilli and serve it hot.
