INGREDIENTS

  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • few chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  • black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 - 5 papad
  • few chopped coriander leaves

PREPARATION

    For the salsa cut the sides of the tomato, discarding seeds and chop them finely.

    Peel the onion and chop it finely, similarly, chop the green chillies and coriander leaves, add the chopped tomato, onion, green chillies, chopped garlic, coriander leaves, red chilli sauce, black pepper powder, salt and tomato sauce in a bowl and mix well.

    Add lemon juice and allow the mixture to cool in a refrigerator for sometime.

    Cut the papads into shapes and roast them in a pan.

    For the yogurt dip, take the yogurt in a bowl.

    Finely chop the coriander leaves and add to the bowl, add salt, black pepper, oil and lemon juice to the bowl and mix well.

    Place the cookie cutter in the centre of the serving dish and fill it with the prepared salsa giving a cylindrical shape.

    Arrange the papad nachos on its sides and serve.
