INGREDIENTS

  • 4 roasted papads
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1 cucumber peeled
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 to 2 tsp chaat masala
  • Peanuts
  • 1 to 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt

PREPARATION

    Roast the papads in a pan and set aside. Finely chop the tomato, onion, red chilli, boiled potato, cucumber , coriander leaves and put them in a bowl. Break the papads roughly and add them to the bowl. Mix well. Add the chaat masala, salt, roasted peanuts and lemon juice to the bowl. Mix well. Place the cookie cutter in the centre of a serving bowl and add the papad chaat giving a cylindrical shape. Garnish with a piece of roasted papad and a lemon wedge. Sprinkle chaat masala.
