INGREDIENTS

  • 4 roasted papads
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1 cucumber peeled
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 to 2 tsp chaat masala
  • Peanuts
  • 1 to 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt

HOW TO PREPARE PAPAD CHAAT

    Roast the papads in a pan and set aside.
  2. 2

    Finely chop the tomato, onion, red chilli, boiled potato, cucumber , coriander leaves and put them in a bowl.
  3. 3

    Break the papads roughly and add them to the bowl.
  4. 4

    Mix well.
  5. 5

    Add the chaat masala, salt, roasted peanuts and lemon juice to the bowl.
  6. 6

    Mix well.
  7. 7

    Place the cookie cutter in the centre of a serving bowl and add the papad chaat giving a cylindrical shape.
  8. 8

    Garnish with a piece of roasted papad and a lemon wedge.
  9. 9

    Sprinkle chaat masala.
