Papa A La Huancaina

  • 3 Boiled Potatoes, 2 tbsp Aji Amarillo Chilli Paste, 125 ml Evaporated Milk, Salt, 6 Soda Crackers, 2 tbsp Processed Cheese, 5 Lettuce Leave.

    Peel and thickly slice the potatoes.

    ; In a blender add crushed soda crackers, processed cheese, evaporated milk and make a thick paste.
  3. 3

    ; Remove the paste in a bowl, mix aji Amarillo chilli paste along with salt.

    ; Place the sliced potatoes on lettuce leaves, pour the sauce on top and garnish with sliced boiled eggs, whole black olives, parsley sprigs and thinly sliced bell peppers.
