INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Boiled Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Aji Amarillo Chilli Paste
  • 125 ml Evaporated Milk
  • Salt
  • 6 Soda Crackers
  • 2 tbsp Processed Cheese
  • 5 Lettuce Leave.

HOW TO PREPARE PAPA A LA HUANCAINA

    Peel and thickly slice the potatoes.
  2. 2

    In a blender add crushed soda crackers, processed cheese, evaporated milk and make a thick paste.
  3. 3

    Remove the paste in a bowl, mix aji Amarillo chilli paste along with salt.
  4. 4

    Place the sliced potatoes on lettuce leaves, pour the sauce on top and garnish with sliced boiled eggs, whole black olives, parsley sprigs and thinly sliced bell peppers.
