  • 1 cup soaked tamarind water
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • For mango water
  • 2 roasted raw mangoes
  • water as required
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tsp fennel powder
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • ½ tsp dry mango powder
  • For mint water
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 cup mint leaves
  • ¼ cup coriander leaves water
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp chaat masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
