Warm 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add 2 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp garlic, 2 tbsp onions, 2 tbsp tomato puree, 1 tbsp water, 2 tbsp shahi paneer masala, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric and sauté well. Add 1/2 cup green peas, 100 gms chopped paneer, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/2 cup grated cheese and sauté well. Place 1 tsp mixture on a spring roll sheet at an angle. Roll the spring roll and seal the ends with flour and water mixture. Brush a baking tray with oil and place the spring rolls on it. Brush the spring rolls with oil and bake them in a preheated oven at 160-170'C for 15-20 minutes. Paneer Spring Rolls are ready.
