INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Paneer Shasliks
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 diced yellow bell pepper
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 diced green bell pepper
  • 200 gm diced cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Yogurt
  • ½ tsp All ground spice
  • Salt
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • 4 to 5 satay sticks
  • FOR Chutney
  • 1 chopped apple
  • 1 diced plum
  • 2 to 3 chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 2 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 2 to 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • ½ tsp five spice powder
  • Few mint leaves
  • FOR Garnish
  • Red chilli powder
  • 1 wedge Melon
  • 2 to 3 sprigs Fresh coriander

HOW TO PREPARE PANEER SHASHLIKS

    To a bowl add chopped yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, green bell pepper, and cottage cheese.
  2. 2

    Marinate the veggies with ginger garlic paste, yogurt, all ground spice, salt, and red chilli powder.
  3. 3

    Set aside for 10 min.
  4. 4

    On a satay stick, in alternate layers arrange the marinated veggies.
  5. 5

    For chutney, heat oil in a pan.
  6. 6

    Add chopped ginger green chillies, apple vinegar, plum, honey, tomato, salt, orange zest, five spice powder, and mint leaves.

    Mix well and cook.
  8. 8

    Heat oil in a grill pan and grill the satay sticks.
  9. 9

    Serve paneer shashliks with apple and plum chutney.
  10. 10

    Garnish with red chilli powder, melon wedge, and coriander sprigs.
