Paneer Shaslik is a fusion of a lot of vegetables mixed with spicy flavours and paprika sauce. Paneer is known for its high source of protein. This recipe can be served as a starter at any function or party.
Procedure to make Paneer Shashlik with paprika sauce: To the sticks add slices of capsicum, onions, paneer, yellow bell pepper, paneer, red bell pepper, onion and green bell pepper.
In a bowl add olive oil, ginger - garlic paste, mustard paste, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, honey, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, black pepper powder and mix it.
Marinate the paneer in the masala.
In a heated pan add olive and fry the paneer shashlik from both the sides.
In a heated pan add olive oil, butter, chilli flakes, chopped onions and let it cook until it turns pink Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, refined flour and cook well Add vegetable stock and let the mixture simmer.
Strain the mixture and add red wine, veg seasoning, chilli flakes, cream and mix well.
Heat butter in another pan, add chopped garlic, cooked rice, mixed herbs, freshly chopped parsley and mix well.
Serve the rice on the platter along with paneer shashlik, paprika sauce Garnish it with fried papad.
