INGREDIENTS

  • FOR Paneer Shashlik With Paprika Sauce
  • 6 to 7 bamboo sticks
  • 1 diced green bell pepper
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 1 diced yellow bell pepper
  • 12 to15 slightly fried cubes paneer
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 diced onion
  • FOR Marinade
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp mustard paste
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp
  • mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • FOR Paprika Sauce
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp Refined flour
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp red wine
  • 1 tsp veg seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • ½ cup Fresh cream
  • FOR Butter Parsley Rice
  • Butter as required
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 cup boiled rice
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tbsp chopped Parsley
  • FOR GARNISH

HOW TO PREPARE PANEER SHASHLIK WITH PAPRIKA SAUCE

    Take a bamboo stick and skewer one piece of diced green bell pepper one piece of diced onion, one cube of paneer, one piece of diced yellow bell pepper, one cube of paneer again, one piece of diced red bell pepper, the final piece of paneer, one piece of diced onion and finally again with a piece of diced green bell pepper.

    Make more paneer shashliks as above.

    Take olive oil in a bowl and add ginger-garlic paste mustard paste, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and honey, mix them well and add mixed herbs chilli flakes and black pepper powder mix well, add the prepared paneer shashlik pieces and let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the paneer shashliks.

    For the sauce heat olive oil in a pan.
  6. 6

    Add butter finely chopped onions, chilli flakes, finely chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, refined flour and vegetable stock.

    Let this mixture simmer.
  8. 8

    Strain the sauce once it gets cooked to get a thick consistency like a soup.

    Heat a pan and pour the strained sauce and add red wine veg seasoning, chilli flakes and fresh cream.

    Mix well and set aside for the rice, heat butter in a pan.

    Add finely chopped garlic boiled rice, mixed herbs and finely chopped parsley, Toss well.
  12. 12

    Set the butter parsley rice in a ring mould and then remove the mould.
  13. 13

    Serve the paneer shashliks with the sauce.
  14. 14

    Garnish with fried papad.
