INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gm paneer
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 Thai ginger, Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • FOR the peanut sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • ¼ cup Thai curry paste
  • 2 tbsp peanut powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Water as required
  • Lemon grass as requiredfinely chopped
  • FOR the salad
  • ½Cucumber
  • ½plum
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • FOR garnish
  • Fried noodles
  • coriander leaves

HOW TO PREPARE PANEER SATAY

    Cut paneer into slices and marinate it with salt, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder.
  2. 2

    Grate the lemons and add lemon zest, oil, ginger paste, and Thai ginger.
  3. 3

    To prepare the peanut sauce, heat oil in a pan.
  4. 4

    Add ginger paste, Thai curry paste, and peanut powder, and fry on a low flame.
  5. 5

    Remove and finish with chopped lemon grass.
  6. 6

    Add coconut milk and some water to the pan.
  7. 7

    Mix well.
  8. 8

    For paneer satay, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
  9. 9

    Arrange paneer slices on the satay sticks, shallow fry them on both sides and set aside.

    For the salad, cut cucumber and plum.
  11. 11

    Mix them well and add salt and lemon juice.
  12. 12

    Arrange cucumber slices on the base of the plate and the prepared peanut sauce.

    Then arrange paneer satay sticks and plum slices.
  14. 14

    Garnish with fried noodles and coriander leaves.
