INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup paneer crumbled
  • ¼ cup spring onion greens
  • ¼ cup coriander
  • 1 tbsp red chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp refined flour
  • Bread croutons
  • salt
  • water
  • oil for frying
  • 2 to 3 lettuce leaves
  • red bell pepper juliennes
  • yellow bell pepper juliennes
  • Spring onion flowers

HOW TO PREPARE PANEER RUMBLES

    Mash crumbled paneer in a bowl.

    Add chopped spring onion greens salt, chopped coriander, and red chilli paste.

    Mix well.
  4. 4

    Prepare a batter by mixing refined flour and water.
  5. 5

    Make small balls from the paneer mixture and coat them with the refined flour mixture.
  6. 6

    Then dip the balls in bread croutons.
  7. 7

    Cover the balls evenly by applying slight pressure.

    Heat oil in a pan.
  9. 9

    Deep fry the rumbles till the colour becomes golden brown.
  10. 10

    Drain excess oil.
  11. 11

    Place some lettuce leaves in a serving plate.
  12. 12

    Transfer the rumbles onto the leaves.
  13. 13

    Garnish with some red and yellow bell pepper juliennes and spring onion flowers.
