  • Wheat flour Two Cup, Two tsp Gram flour, Crushed Paneer, Boiled Potatoes, chopped onion, chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, salt to taste, garam masala powder, haldi & red chilli powder as per requirement, curd to serve

PREPARATION

    Make a soft dough.

    Get stuffing ready side by side.
  3. 3

    Put a pan on medium flame .
  4. 4

    Make small balls of a dough.
  5. 5

    Put stuffing into the small balls.
  6. 6

    Give a nice shape.
  7. 7

    Fry on a low flame only for better result.
  8. 8

    As paratha is ready served with a curd.
