INGREDIENTS

  • FOR For Paneer Papad:300 gms Paneer 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp Green Chillies 1 tsp Red Chilli powder 1 tbsp Curd 2 tbsp Rice Flour salt 5 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Ginger 10 Curry Leaves 1 tsp Coriander powder Coriander Leaves 1 tsp Lemon juice 4 Papad
  • For Sauce:
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Green Chillies
  • 10 Curry Leaves
  • ½ Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Rice Flour
  • 50 gms Cheese

HOW TO PREPARE PANEER PAPAD CANALONI

    Procedure to make Paneer Papad Canaloni: Chop the paneer into batons and fingers.

    Put them in a bowl and marinate it.
  3. 3

    Add ginger-garlic paste, finely chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, curd and mix it well.
  4. 4

    Add rice flour salt and mix it.
  5. 5

    Add oil in a frying pan and fry the paneer in the pan till it turns brownish.
  6. 6

    Add finely chopped ginger, curry leaves, red chilli powder.
  7. 7

    Add coriander powder, fresh coriander leaves, lemon juice.

    Steam the papad in a steamer.
  9. 9

    Stuff the papad with paneer pieces and roll it.

    Steam the rolled paneer for 5 - 7 minutes in the steamer till it is cooked.

    To prepare sauce, add oil in a frying pan, finely chopped ginger, green chilli, curry leaves and saute`.

    Add coconut milk.

    To make it thick add rice flour in a bowl, coconut milk and stir it.

    Add this mixture into the frying pan, grated cheese.

    Once the rolls are cooked take it out from the steamer.

    Trim the rolls from the sides.

    For base add kadhi in a plate.
  18. 18

    Place the canolini in the plate.
  19. 19

    Pour little of coconut cheese sauce, grated cheese.

    Bake it in a preheated oven for 4 - 5 mins at 180 degrees.

    For garnishing, add star fruit, grapes.
