INGREDIENTS

  • For Paneer Malai Tikka
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cashew nut paste
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tsp mace powder
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp All ground spice
  • 250 gm cottage cheese
  • 1 cup capsicum
  • tomato and onion
  • diced
  • salt
  • For Paste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 10 to 15 cashew nuts
  • 2 tsp melon seeds
  • 1 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 to 5 green cardamom water
  • For Sauce
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp All ground spice
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream
  • salt and water
  • For Garnish
  • Fenugreek leavesdried

PREPARATION

    Take some yogurt in a bowl.Add cashew nut paste fresh cream and mustard oil. Whisk the contents well. Add dry fenugreek leaves, mace powder, cardamom powder, salt, chaat masala and all ground spice. Mix again. Add cottage cheese and diced capsicum, tomato and onion. Mix with the marinade in the bowl. On a tawa, grill the marinated cheese, capsicum, tomato and onion. Grill both sides. Heat a little oil in a pan. Add cashew nuts melon seeds, white sesame seeds, green chillies, bay leaf and green cardamom. Mix well with water. Turn off the gas when water boils. Allow it to cool. Blend it in a mixer and make a paste. For the sauce, heat a little oil in another pan. Add the paste into the pan. Mix well with water. Add a little salt all ground spice, cardamom powder and fresh cream. Mix well. On a serving plate, place the grilled cheese, capsicum, tomato and onion. Top it by pouring the sauce. Garnish it with dry fenugreek leaves.
