  • Ingredients:
  • Paneer: 300 g
  • Hung Curd :1/2 cup
  • Cheese: 2 cubes
  • Fresh Cream :2 tbsp
  • Cashew paste :1 tbsp
  • Green chilli :1no
  • Black pepper powder :1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder :1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste :1tsp
  • Lemon juice :1 tsp
  • Roasted gram flour (besa:1 tsp
  • Garam Masala : 1/2 tsp
  • Kasuri Methi:1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Coleslaw salad:
  • Ingredients:
  • Mayonnaise: 3 tbsp
  • Fresh cream: 1tbsp
  • Black pepper powder:1/2tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste:1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar:1tsp
  • Fresh coriander:1tsp
  • Thinly sliced fresh vegetables :1cup (cabbage, carrot, onion, capsicum), coriander and

  • Ripe Mango cubes :1cup
  • Raw Mango cubes :1/4 cup
  • Honey :1 tbsp
  • Green chilli: 1 no
  • Salt as per taste.

    Mix hung curd , cheese(grated), fresh cream, cashew paste, .

    finely chopped green chilli, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, kasuri methi,roasted gram flour (besan), chilli powder, lemon juice and salt in a mixing bowl .

    Add paneer cubes in the marination and toss gently .Keep in refrigerator for 20 min Now heat a non stick pan and add 2 tbsp butter/oil to it .And place the marinated paneer cubes on the pan Shallow fry until it becomes golden brown Serve hot with coleslaw salad and a mango chutney .

    Mix , mayonnaise, fresh cream, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, vinegar, fresh coriander,salt in a mixing bowThen add sliced vegetables and mix it gentlrefrigerate it and serve cold.
