INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup potatoes
  • 1/4 cup grated paneer
  • salt as per taste
  • black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 cup pasta sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 - 2 basil leaves
  • 1 egg

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, add grated potatoes, paneer and mix it. Add salt as per taste, black pepper powder, cornstarch and mix it well. Prepare a patty of it.

    In a heated pan, add oil, hash brown patty and cook it until it turns golden from both the sides. In the same pan, add oil, finely chopped onion and let it cook until it turns light brown.

    Add tomato puree, pasta sauce, salt as per taste, black pepper powder, oregano and stir it. Add chopped basil leaves and mix well. Pour the sauce on the hash brown.

    In the same pan, add oil, salt, bell pepper mould and break the egg in it. Place the egg over the sauce.

    Garnish with finely chopped parsley and pepper powder.
