INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup potatoes
  • 1 tbsp refined flour
  • 1 tbsp onions
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp green chillies
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • Vermicelli for coating
  • refined flour batter as required
  • oil for frying
  • For Garnish Pickled cherry tomatoes
  • 1 potato basket Parsley

HOW TO PREPARE PANEER CROQUETTES

  1. 1

    In a bowl add grated cottage cheese, grated boiled potatoes, refined flour for binding, chopped onions, chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, red chilli powder and salt.

    Knead to make a dough and make small croquette balls from it.
  3. 3

    Put some vermicelli in a bowl and crush it well.
  4. 4

    Coat the balls, first with the refined flour batter and then with the crushed vermicelli.
  5. 5

    Medium heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the balls.
  6. 6

    Set aside on a tissue paper.
  7. 7

    Place the pickled cherry tomatoes and the potato basket on a plate.
  8. 8

    Place the fried croquettes and decorate the plate with the remaining pickle.
  9. 9

    Garnish with parsley.
