Paneer Bruschetta
It is a simple and delicious Indo Italian appetiser that can be enjoyed any time. This summer toast is flavoured with grape juice to add a twist. This recipe of Paneer Bruschetta is easy to make.

  • 2 Brown bread slices
  • ½ cup grape juice
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 4 to 5 Mint leaves
  • 1½ tsp olive oil
  • 5 to 8 sliced Tomatoes
  • 4 to 5 paneer slices
  • black pepper powder
  • salt

    Toast the brown bread slices in a toaster.

    Cut the edges of the toasted bread and cut the slices into triangles.

    Boil grape juice into a heated till it thickens.
  4. 4

    For the marinade, mix vinegar, salt, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, mint leaves, and olive oil in a bowl.

    Marinate the tomato slices and paneer slices with the marinade.

    Arrange the bread slices in a plate.
  7. 7

    Top with the marinated tomato and paneer slices.
  8. 8

    To give a flavour, pour the thickened grape juice over the paneer and tomato slices.

    Bruschetta is ready to serve.
