  • 2 Brown bread slices
  • ½ cup grape juice
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 4 to 5 Mint leaves
  • 1½ tsp olive oil
  • 5 to 8 sliced Tomatoes
  • 4 to 5 paneer slices
  • black pepper powder
  • salt

    Toast the brown bread slices in a toaster. Cut the edges of the toasted bread and cut the slices into triangles. Boil grape juice into a heated till it thickens. For the marinade, mix vinegar, salt, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, mint leaves, and olive oil in a bowl. Marinate the tomato slices and paneer slices with the marinade. Arrange the bread slices in a plate. Top with the marinated tomato and paneer slices. To give a flavour, pour the thickened grape juice over the paneer and tomato slices. Bruschetta is ready to serve.
