INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lt milk
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander
  • salt
  • For Garnish: Tomato sliced
  • Mint leaf

HOW TO PREPARE PANEER BHURJI

    Boil milk in a pan and add a little vinegar to the milk.

    When the milk curdles drain off the excess liquid through a muslin cloth.
  3. 3

    Your paneer/cottage cheese is ready.
  4. 4

    Heat oil in another pan and add chopped onion, followed by chopped green chillies, chopped tomatoes and cottage cheese.

    Mix well.
  6. 6

    Add salt and turmeric powder to the paneer and mix again.
  7. 7

    Turn off the gas.
  8. 8

    Mix with some chopped coriander.
  9. 9

    Transfer the bhurji to a serving plate.
  10. 10

    Garnish it with sliced tomato and mint leaf.
