HOW TO PREPARE PANEER BAJRE KA PARATHA

    Make a dough by kneading millet flour chopped coriander, and lukewarm water.

    Apply clarified butter on palms to decrease the stickiness of the dough while kneading.
  3. 3

    In a non stick pan, heat clarified butter.
  4. 4

    Add chopped onions green chillies, and chopped ginger, crumbled cottage cheese, fennel powder, salt, and all ground spice.

    Saute well.
  6. 6

    Make a medium sized ball from the dough, sprinkle flour on the platform, and make paratha.
  7. 7

    Place the cottage cheese mixture in the middle and fold it from all sides sprinkle flour, and again roll the ball using a rolling pin to shape the paratha.

    If the sides get torn you can seal it by sprinkling flour.
  9. 9

    After making the paratha, flatten the ends of the paratha with palms.
  10. 10

    Heat a non stick pan and place the paratha on it.
