Pancake Pizza
Well, Pizza need not necessarily be categorized as a junk food. This pancake pizza recipe can be the best alternative to the store brought pizzas. Top it up with your favourite veggies and serve them at any time of the day.

INGREDIENTS

  • For Pancake Pizza: 1 Cup Refind Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • Salt
  • Water
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Capsicum
  • Black Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Cheese
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • ½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • Basil Leaves

HOW TO PREPARE PANCAKE PIZZA

    Procedure to make Pancake Pizza: In a bowl add refined flour, egg yolk, milk, salt, water and mix it well.

    In a heated pan add oil.

    Add baking powder in the batter and mix it well.
  4. 4

    Add the batter in the pan and bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes at 180' C.
  5. 5

    In the half-baked batter add pizza sauce, capsicum, crushed black pepper, grated cheese and bake it in the preheated oven for 5 - 7 minutes at 180' C.

    In a heated pan add olive oil, cherry tomatoes, oregano and toss it.

    Take the baked pancake pizza out from the oven garnish it with cherry tomatoes, basil leaves and Pancake Pizza is ready to serve.
