INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gm smooth tofu
  • 3 tbsp hung curd
  • 2 tsp Carom seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp gram flour roasted
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 3 to 4 cloves
  • Water
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 spinach leaves
  • 2 cloves

HOW TO PREPARE PAN-GRILLED TOFU

    For the marinade combine roasted gram flour, carom seeds, cloves, salt and pepper, mustard oil, hung curd, and water.

    Mix well.
  3. 3

    Marinate the tofu pieces gently as they are delicate.
  4. 4

    Heat oil in a grill pan and grill the marinated tofu pieces.
  5. 5

    Make the shape of a mouse from a tomato, place two cloves as it's eyes and garnish with spinach leaves.
