INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gm smooth tofu
  • 3 tbsp hung curd
  • 2 tsp carom seeds
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp roasted gram flour
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 - 4 cloves
  • water
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 spinach leaves
  • 2 cloves

PREPARATION

    For the marinade, combine roasted gram flour, carom seeds, cloves, salt and pepper, mustard oil, hung curd, water and mix well.

    Marinate the tofu pieces gently. Heat oil in a grill pan and fry the marinated tofu pieces.

    Serve the pan grilled tofu in a plate and garnish it with tomato and spinach leaves.
