For the stuffing heat oil in a pan. Saute chopped garlic and onions. Add julienned carrots minced chicken, black pepper powder, and salt. Cook for some time. Add grated parmesan cheese and basil leaves. Mix well. Using a rolling pin flatten a small portion of the dough and make a thin roti. Grease the roti with some butter. Make a roll of the roti and again make a round shaped dough. Roll out a big roti. Apply butter on the roti. Place the stuffing in the centre on the roti. Carefully fold all sides of the roti so that the stuffing inside doesn't t go out. Beat an egg in a bowl. Apply this egg wash on the sides of the folded roti to seal the open ends. Heat butter in a pan. Shallow fry the chicken pie from all sides. Transfer the chicken pie to the serving plate. Garnish the plate with sweet chutney cabbage and carrot salad, and basil leaves.
