  • 2 to 3 tbsp mustard sauce
  • 2 to 3 tsp lemon juice
  • salt
  • black pepper powder
  • 1 ravas fish
  • mustard oil
  • 1 cup pasta sauce
  • blanched rice noodles
  • 1 cup red yellow and green bell peppers juliennes
  • 5 to 6 tbsp Fresh cream
  • Parsley leaves
  • Lemon wedge

    For the marinade mix mustard sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper powder in a bowl.

    Using a brush, marinate the ravas fish.
  3. 3

    In a pan, heat mustard oil and grill the marinated fish.
  4. 4

    Transfer the grilled fish to a plate.
  5. 5

    In another pan, add pasta sauce, blanched rice noodles, julienned red, yellow, and green bell peppers, salt, black pepper powder, and fresh cream.

    Toss well using a tong.

    Transfer the rice noodles in the serving plate, place the fish on it.

    Garnish with parsley leaves and lemon slice.
